Thank you for shopping with Potify. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Order processing takes 0–3 business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Sydney metropolitan delivery takes 1–7 business days from placing your order, including order processing. This total includes 0–3 business days for order processing and 1–4 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

For eligible postcodes in our Sydney Metro service area, standard delivery is $39, or free for orders $260 and over. Premium tree delivery is $110, or free for orders $695 and over. Available delivery services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We deliver to eligible postcodes in our Sydney Metro service area. For delivery outside this service area, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability, delivery costs and timeframes.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
